Late check out: If the client stays until after the indicated check out time (1 pm), additional charges will be made. If the late check is until 4 pm, 50% of the purchased rate will be charged. If late check out is after 4 pm, the full accommodation rate will be charged
DEPOSIT POLICY
The voucher must be sent at least 48 hours before check in to the email info.loydshotel@gmail.com, otherwise your reservation may be canceled
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the guest wishes to cancel their reservation, they must do so 72 hours in advance, otherwise the total value of the accommodation will be charged.
MODIFICATION POLICY
The guest can modify their reservation 72 hours in advance without any penalty, except in high season
EARLY CHECK IN POLICY
The guest who requires to enter at a time prior to the stipulated time of check in, will be subject to availability of the Hotel and additional charge
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
If the guest wishes to end his stay early, he must pay the rate corresponding to the value of the night.
MINORS POLICY
To accommodate a minor under 18 years of age in the Loyds Hotel facilities, it must be done in the company of their parents, presenting a civil registry that proves the relationship.
If the minor appears in the company of third parties, they must present the authorization of their parents, authenticated before a notary with a copy of the civil registry and a copy of the parents' documents that authorize the minor's entry to the establishment. Without the presentation of these documents, entry will not be allowed.
In development of the provisions of article 17 of Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, Loyds Hotel warns that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors are punished criminally and civilly in accordance with current legal provisions.
Loyds Hotel rejects the exploitation of children and adolescents inside and outside the establishment, therefore we link our allies, human resources, collaborators and partners in the disclosure and compliance of Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009 and Law 1329 from 2009
TAXES
19% VAT is excluded from the rate until December 31, 2020

LOYDS HOTEL, in compliance with the provisions of the sectoral technical standard NTS-TS 002 of 2014, has structured its sustainable management system, through the implementation of a method aimed at achieving joint action by the company, workers, collaborators and clients, in the application of sustainable, environmental, socio-cultural and economic measures that contribute to the sustainable development of the environment.
LOYDS HOTEL supports the protection of cultural heritage and warns that illegal trade or trafficking in cultural property is a crime. Law 397 of 1997.
According to what is stated in Law 17 of 1981, LOYDS HOTEL supports the protection measures against the illegal traffic of fauna and flora.
We are a smoke free hotel. Whoever smokes in the hotel facilities will have an automatic charge for the same value of the rate. Art 19 of Law 1335 of 2009.

Guests must fully comply with the established protocol and guarantee all the indicated security measures. Loyds Hotel appreciates the fulfillment of each of these indications. If the protocol is not carried out, the hotel may cancel the reservation
